A maintenance of SupremeCenter27.com is scheduled for Monday, August 20th, between 09.00 and 11.00AM GMT (04.00 to 06.00 AM EST). During this period, a hard-disk-drive (HDD) of the server will be replaced with a new one and for that reason we expect about 2 hours of downtime for all services and websites hosted on the server.
We would like to assure you that the content that you have stored on that server is safe and we will do our best to minimize the downtime as much as possible.

We have received a number of reports from customers that were unable to access their websites or e-mail accounts on our servers. Unfortunately, the problem is due to issues that are outside of our network and control. The source of the problem appears to be due to connectivity issues within the networks of the following Internet service providers:
Verizon
Sympatico
Optimal Online
Road Runner
However, the issue may affect other ISPs as well.
The problem has been reported to the data center that we use and they are taking measures to resolve it with the ISPs whose networks are affected by the problem. If you are experiencing such a problem, we strongly encourage you to contact your ISP as soon as possible and report the issue. Since you will not be the only one with this problem, hopefully they take the necessary measures to resolve the issue quickly. Alternatively, if possible, we would also recommend you to try another local ISP that does not have any connectivity problems.

In the past few days we have been experiencing problems with the e-mail server. Sometimes customers were unable to send and even retrieve e-mails. This issue was caused by a couple of spammers, who we had to tackle. We had to re-write part of our scripts so we can catch the spammers and shut down their accounts. This issue is now solved and the e-mail is working properly.
Anyone intending to do business by spamming using our resources has come to the wrong place. All spammer accounts will be terminated instantly, no refund will be issued and all information will be provided to the legal authorities to take proper action!
