About me
A long road, built around people.
I'm Viswajith Vemblassery, Founder of ClickView Innovation LLC, ClickView Innovation Private Limited and Mazaaj Trading Group. My story began as a Junior Test Engineer at Infosys, a firm that felt like a temple of developers, and has continued through the very human work of trying to build something of my own.
I started with a simple company in Bengaluru around 2010 which I gave it away when I had to decide whether to focus on money or ethics. For years, I struggled to keep my new businesses going emotionally, mentally and financially but I never wanted to succeed by doing anything against my conscience. I kept hold of an idea that mattered more than fast growth: an organisation that felt like a family, gave work to as many people as possible and eventually allowed me to return to the corporate life I had enjoyed so much.
Covid, tariff wars and military conflicts made an already uncertain path harder, but they did not change that idea. Today, the businesses I lead work across IT staffing, AI-driven automation, IT consulting, digital marketing, user acceptance testing, outsourcing and business development in India and the UAE. I also entered marketing to help clients navigate the difficult, and sometimes unethical, world of competition, trying to help them achieve one centimetre more than they expected, with practical work and a clear conscience.

The road so far
Two decades, five chapters.
The beginning
A junior test engineer among people who treated code like a craft
I began as a Junior Test Engineer at Infosys, a place that felt like a temple of developers. Those early years taught me to respect the work, the people doing it and the quiet discipline behind dependable technology.
Around 2010
Starting small in Bengaluru
I started a simple company in Bengaluru and spent years trying to keep it alive. The journey was emotionally, mentally and financially difficult, but I never wanted to do anything that went against my conscience.
Through the hard years
Holding on to a company shaped like a family
The goal was never to build a money-making machine. I wanted to create an organisation that felt like a family, could give meaningful work to as many people as possible and, one day, bring me back to the corporate life I had loved.
A changing world
Learning to stay steady through uncertainty
Covid, tariff wars and military conflicts changed the ground beneath many businesses. Through all of it, I kept returning to the same idea: build with people, protect trust and keep moving without losing the human reason for the work.
Today
Helping businesses find their next centimetre
Along the way I entered marketing, helping clients navigate the difficult and sometimes unethical world of competition. The work is simple in spirit: help them move one centimetre further than they expected, with practical technology, honest advice and care.
